100 Books Like The Enrollment Effect

I love this book partly because my publisher decided to take on one of my other books because he missed out on this one. If you compare the original cover of my book to Tim’s book you will see they have a very similar palm tree vibe!

But more than that, this book shows clearly how technology has made it possible to totally rethink the way we work and live, and free us up to have much greater control over both–and that’s very exciting.

Once you have mastered how to package and talk about your expertise in a way that enrolls others, then you are well on your way to the success you are seeking. He shows you exactly how to bridge your customers from their current situation to where they want to be using your expertise. If done correctly, your target customers will be banging your door down to hire you for your expertise to accelerate their own personal goals and elevate your income!

If you like investing and making money in real estate, then you will love learning how to make money being a “lienlord” instead of a landlord. Paper Profits gives you everything you need to know to purchases performing and non-performing mortgage back notes and profiting from them. Most people I talk to don’t understand that most banks don’t want to deal with defaulted mortgage notes. They would rather sell them at a discount, take the tax write-off, and move on. There is a spiritual dimension to elevating your income. If you are not aligned with that statement, this book is not for you. If you are aligned, Bijan will blow your mind! Alongside some really cool spiritual stories, Bijan lays out a 30-day challenge to transform your relationship with what is possible in your life. The lessons start out relatively easy but get increasingly harder. For example, on day 13 the assignment is to “Find a homeless person and give that person some money. When you do, notice your judgment. That judgment is about you.” Wow! I guarantee that if you diligently complete the 30 lessons in 30 days, something big will shift in your life and you will elevate your income! Enjoy!

Every so often you come across a book that opens up a world you have never encountered before. This 1957 novel by Trinidadian noble laureate V.S. Naipaul is one such book. Its account of the enterprising Ganesh Ramsumair – a Trinidadian of South Asian descent – and his rise from obscurity to national prominence is recounted with a satirical wink and rendered in delicious prose. Every scene is meticulously observed, and every character impeccably drawn – particularly Ganesh’s cantankerous father-in-law and sometime rival, Ramlogan. Sly, sardonic, and Dickensian in its (generally good-natured) reflection upon human frailty, The Mystic Masseur remains as fresh and fun today as ever.

Psychology is easy to misunderstand. When I decided it was going to be my undergraduate major, it was because I wanted to understand how the mind worked, broadly, what makes people tick, and how they can be guided or helped when they get stuck or have problems. I assumed this knowledge existed and that majoring in psychology would reveal it to me. 

I was more than surprised when I attended my first psychology class. The professor sat cross-legged on top of a desk. He had long hair and a beard (unusual in 1963), and he spoke as if he had just taken a drug, which he likely had. He used profane language, the first time I had heard that word in a public place. Instead of just idle musings, Travis Langley goes on a deep dive into the tormented and traumatized (or is it really?) life of the Dark Knight. Reading Batman and Psychology gave me a different perspective on the blurry lines separating Bruce Wayne and Batman.

Highly recommended read!

This isn’t the easiest of reads, but it is the Real Thing – the work of the man who discovered the Triangle itself.

I love its density and the fact that I can come back to it over and over again and find new ideas. Dr Karpman’s long experience as a working therapist speaks out from every page.
