Both the main leading characters Carden and Jude had an amazing personality which made me tempted to read it more than once especially the last book of the series, the queen of nothing. The last two books in the series will give you a totally different vibe from the first one. Carden's messy character and Jude's dary one matches effortlessly in the story. It's sure that you will get hooked when you complete the first book 😉!!

I wasn't sure what to expect after all the hype this book received, but I totally get it now. This book had me questioning what was going on nearly all the way through... in a good way! The protagonist's history makes it hard to decide whether she's a reliable narrator or not. With each chapter leading so seamlessly into the next, I was on the edge of my seat for most of the book. The twist at the end was one I didn't see coming, and even though I'm more than satisfied with the ending, it's one of those books that leaves you wondering what the truth really is.
