I was so totally sucked in by the story, the characters, the writing, all of it! I love most books by Nora Roberts, but this book (and the other 2 in the trilogy) took it to another level. I couldn't stop reading, but I also never wanted to finish the last book because then it would be over.

I wasn't sure what to expect after all the hype this book received, but I totally get it now. The underdog MC is immediately someone to root for, and there were enough twists to keep me turning the pages late into the night, then jump online to order the next book in the series before I even finished the first.
