When I first went to Burning Man in 2004 I met some wonderful friends committed to Polyamory.
As I was in the middle of my own sexual journey I found their lives a real challenge to old ideas around monogamy. They recommended The Ethical Slut and I read it avidly – it seemed to open up a whole new way of loving, of living, and of self-acceptance.
