He has a knack for picking just the right main character and catapulting them into off-the-wall situations, unusual, odd, interesting situations (would love to view a scan of Kevin's brain to see where they come from). RUN FOR THE HILLS is one of those I CAN'T STOP READING BECASUE I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT/DON'T WANT TO REACH THE END books.

I loved meeting thirty-two year old Mad (Madeleine) who runs an organic farm with her mom. Until Rube shows up in a PT Cruiser and claims he's her half-brother. He's on a quest across the country to find their father who abandoned them as children.

They discover each other's quirks and passions (and siblings) along their journey.

The story isn't cliche or overtly sentimental. But it is authentic and insightful.

Kevin Wilson is a treasure!
