The world and characters of The Olympian Affair are so fully fleshed out that it is easy to get drawn into the dangers and intrigues that surround them. Each subplot and character added their own special spice to the story and constantly kept me engrossed in the dangers that threatened to engulf them. The world is incredible with creatures and dangers that are definitely one of a kind.

It's a great ghost story with a likable lead and an intriguing mystery to solve. The author combines science and the occult to craft an unsettling tale that kept me hanging onto my seat to the thrilling conclusion. Even though this is the fourth book in a series (the first one that I read), I felt perfectly at ease with the characters and was persuaded to read the rest of the series. The real-worldesque approach to occult events with scientific underpinnings really drew me in.
