Why Mercedes loves this book
Holy snap, I loved this book! I read and write so much horror that it's quite difficult to unsettle me, but that's exactly what INCIDENTS AROUND THE HOUSE did. I came into it cold, unfamiliar with the premise and format, and WOW. What a creepy little book with both heartwarming and heart-wrenching content. I cared deeply for the little girl and her well-being. It was written so well that I could see it play out cinematically. It's my favorite book of the year thus far. Highly recommended.
