I learned so much about the darker side of conservation , the unlawful trafficking of endangered species, the true nature of eco-tourism. The author really knows the subject matter inside out and has written a beautiful story that's full of heart. This needs to be read by everyone with a conscience, if only to honour the scientists who go into conservation (surely a heart-breaking discipline)
