I first heard about this book on a podcast, and it sounded interesting. A self-help book written by the creator of the Dilbert comic had to at least be entertaining. After reading it multiple times, I have found it to be one of the best out there.

I learned to manage energy rather than time, that willpower is useless, that passion follows success rather than the other way around, and that systems are much better than goals.
