Burning Rivals kept my attention from page one! The characters were exciting in this fast-paced romantic suspence. The Alaska landscape was the perfect setting for a wildfire. Books about wildfire fighting, since I'm surrounded by them every summer and fall, catch my eye.
The romance was fun, a slow burn, they kind I enjoy with a hint of enemies to lovers, at least from Cadee's point of view. Vince is an alpha male. A determined man who wants to protect. The twists and turns they have to take made me watch to keep reading.
