Why read it?
1 author picked A Single Thread as one of their favorite books. Why do they recommend it?
I just discovered author Marie Bostwick this year. I enjoyed her most recent book so much that I decided I wanted to read more of her work. Thus far, I've read about a half dozen, but my favorite thus far is "A Single Thread." The first in a series about a group of friends in a small town in Connecticut, it offers my three winning elements: women's friendships, a small town setting, and a happy ending. Bostwick's writing is wonderful--wry, blunt, humorous, honest, descriptive without being over the top. I look forward to reading all 20+ of her books!
