I realised earlier in 2024 that I needed to do some work on my own self-worth, and this is by far the best of the half dozen books I read at the time.
Jamie's really an inspiration, having built her cosmetics business (IT Cosmetics) up from nothing, selling it on QVC as well as more lately interviewing Oprah!
As a person who was adopted as a child and who's been through some difficult times, she's a great person to learn from and to draw inspiration from, too.
Highly recommended!
