Why read it?
1 author picked The Things We Leave Unfinished as one of their favorite books. Why do they recommend it?
I did NOT see the plot twist coming.
The dual-timeline story focusing on two different couples in two different locations worked for me. I was a bit skeptical that this would be a sad, not happily-ever-after romance book.
What I loved was that the main characters were incredible, and the love story was a blissful delight and poetic. The author did a commendable job of slowly and gradually building up the backstory. The payoff was 100% worth it.
From Jinesh's list on The best emotional romance books that wreck you and make you ugly cry.
