This is one of those books I find myself returning to time and time again because I love it so much! The character journeys are compelling—both the hero and heroine face constant challenges that keep you hooked from start to finish. The setting is so detailed you feel like you’re right there with them, traveling in that carriage.

The Devil In Winter gives the reader a rollercoaster of emotions. It’s an immersive and unforgettable read.

Sebastian kidnaps one of Evie's best friends because he wants to force her to marry him, and in the beginning, he has few redeemable qualities. Evie marries him for protection from her awful family. Sebastian doesn't expect her to stand up to him. He doesn't expect to be fascinated by her. And he definitely doesn't expect to want to bed her more than once.
