Seeing Jade Daniels' character grow and come to terms with her trauma and her role in the horrors that gripped Proofrock, Idaho has been a real treat. Stephen Graham Jones lands the dismount with an intense, but fitting and poignant ending to her story.
Loved this conclusion to The Indian Lake Trilogy. Slasher horror not usually my favourite but the layers of sociopolitical commentary and genuine characters plus some dark humour made this one of my all-time favourites not just for this year!
