Savannah, Georgia is one of my favorite cities. My family visits there at least once a year for a work conference or soccer tournament or another event. It is an old city full of beauty, history, art, and good food. So why not also enjoy a historical fiction novel that takes place there!

I just love hidden history, especially the hidden history of strong Southern women, and no one does it better than Patti Callahan. This tale of survival, told in two timelines inspired by the mystery surrounding the sinking of “The Titanic of the South,” explores the themes of friendship, grief, family, second chances, and more. Truly a historical fiction masterpiece.
