Granddaughter Crow’s book was immensely helpful to me. With her book, I realized yet more sides to being a Highly Sensitive Person. I realized that HSPs can be natural Shamans AND understandably may have more Shadow sides to uncover and embrace.
Not only did Granddaughter Crow help me understand this, but her book also walked me through meeting my shadow side and taught me how to work with it and accept that formerly shunned side. Warning: If you are a Sensitive, this book WILL impact you, so be ready.
