This book I believe saved my life, I had just been discharged from Newcastle Royal Victoria Infirmary from the consequences of an alcohol relapse. I was broke spiritually mentally and physically. I had purchased it only months before but had not yet read it, I was hoping it would keep my mind occupied whilst recovering.
