Tim Lybarger

Author

While readers may remember Officer Clemmons from Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, the life experiences of Francois Clemmons were so far removed from the Neighborhood of Make-Believe.

Clemmons shares this memoir filled with raw emotion and unimaginable obstacles–especially when considering the historical context of the times he recalls. I’m truly inspired by Francois Clemmons, his joyful presence, and the gripping story of his life.

From Tim's list on The best books for understanding the message and impact of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.
