The story starts out enjoyable and simple, very straightforward, but then slowly builds towards deep personal revelations and I really felt like we were peeling back the layers of an onion.
This is another in the Palace of Rogues series.
I liked this one because it tries hard to examine a less traditional romance with an age difference. I appreciate the effort and the chance to see how someone might approach it. I read a lot to learn and study the craft.
