I loved the dual time frames and the alternating points of view, but mainly--this book brought out all the feels. Beautiful, poignant, and real! I could not put it down, stayed up way too late, and cried eyes out. Serious book hangover, but it was worth it.

I look for a love story in every book I read. This story of lost love and a mother's sacrifice grabbed me and held me until the last page.
