Will I love Keen?

Keen is about a banshee, Caoine, currently living in the contemporary world, even though the fae realm is closer than many know. I’d never read about a banshee, but I understood Caoine’s feeling of not fitting in, of being weird or different. Caoine is a sympathetic heroine as she tries to learn how to use her ability, even though she’s certain her only purpose is to bring death to those around her.

A teen banshee trying to make her way in a human high school? I was sold. Half-faerie Caoine is just trying to survive in a brand new school, but her life is interrupted by her uncontrollable banshee song predicting a suspicious string of deaths. Unfortunately, she’s actually making friends at this school, and she’s worried proximity may lead to their demise, not to mention endangering the star soccer player, Oliver, who seems to be interested in her.
