Will I love How to Measure Anything Workbook?

This book really gets under the skin of measurement and busts myths about what kind of sample size you need to get useful insights (you need far fewer data points than you think!) Having read many books on statistics, this one certainly had the strongest practical link to everyday work.

It also does an amazing job of explaining the damage done by thinking "this can't be measured", after which I was left feeling this needed to be essential management reading.

It's a book that will change how you think.

Hubbard’s book is a great way to expand and formalize outcome measurements beyond the basics. This book will help you figure out the right ways of measuring. The big idea from How to Measure Anything for me was how it's better to focus on reducing uncertainty instead of being precise. More gems are techniques for modelling the value of information, and different approaches to evaluating outcomes.

Unlike other books, How to Measure Anything isn’t specific to software products, or product management. It’s a book about general business measurements and might be a bit too much math for some people,… show more.
