I thoroughly enjoyed this book because it shifted my outlook with actionable tools that helped me in my healing journey and self-perception. Applying the spiritual principles of awareness, acceptance, direct experience, and witnessing that Ruskan outlines helped me ‘do the work’ without the fight or flight mechanism that can sometimes hijack us when facing pain or discomfort.
