In this novel, the narrative is presented through notebooks and a diary, and it reveals the case of a young woman and her sessions with a deeply suspect psychotherapist, set in the context of the R.D.Laing anti-psychiatry movement.
My belief in each narrator kept shifting, and by the end, I found myself questioning the whole dynamic between a therapist and patient and the dangers of this type of power relationship.Â
