I found Mukouda, the main hero, hilarious to read!
He immediately runs off after realizing something is suspect about him being a so-called “hero” of the fantasy world he was summoned into. I love how smart he was for figuring out using his current skills to help his own livelihood. Reading him learning to navigate the changes and expectations he has waiting on him in the book’s fantasy world was really fun.
Fel is also a funny companion. He often switches between his constant hunger for more food and caring for Mukouda’s safety. I enjoyed reading Mukouda and Fel’s growing…
