This is one book where, by the end, I was absolutely convinced that Abraham Lincoln actually hunted and killed vampires, on the side. It’s cleverly written, and the photographs (actual photos) were photo-shopped, to give the story an authentic feel to it. Gifted with his legendary height, and axe (of course!) Abraham sets out, hell-bent on revenge, after discovering that his beloved mother had actually been killed by a vampire when he was a boy. This one is just for fun! It is an interesting concept that is well done! The author is well-researched and combined history with vampire terror. It is a surprise and a wonderful, fun read! I loved the concept and the thought that Honest Abe might not have been all that honest about himself!

This is a gripping tale of intrigue, exposing an undercover world of vampires that I couldn’t stop reading about! This is definitely one of those books I (and you) also won’t hesitate to reread with pleasure. And you can’t beat being introduced to another character who knows how to use an axe!
