Will I love Abby Cooper, Psychic Eye?

I love that Laurie’s main character in her Psychic Eye series is a modern-day psychic and solves a mystery. I love a good psychic theme where Abby Cooper has an office where she books readings, solves mysteries, and has a serious love interest. Laurie has a website with links to a podcast where she and her sister discuss current murder cases. I might even book a reading with her.

I’ve loved mysteries since Nancy Drew led me into a life of crime. Mixing in magic adds such zing to the mystery puzzle.

I especially enjoyed the charming Abby Cooper: Psychic Eye. A series of misadventures with a guy cause Abby to become entangled with the local PD, which allows her to bring some pretty bad guys to justice. I love Abby’s engaging voice and her spirited outlook. Especially appealing is that she believes herself to be different from others, someone who doesn’t fit in.  I love psychics especially when they wear detective hats and solve cases with their intuitive abilities. The manner in which they use symbolism to decode the meaning of their visions and premonitions fascinates as well as intrigues me.

Here the main protagonist Abby Cooper runs a business based on her psychic abilities and advises her clients on their future choices regarding their love life, career, financial matters, and sometimes even on finding their path in life.
