All of the pieces fit together beautifully in this book. I loved the food and how each of the characters taught the other something key to love. I loved that not everything was perfect, but the author was able to bring the story to a satisfying and believable ending. These characters were different than any I've ever met, and I have a better understanding of trans issues having read this book. It utterly inspired me.

I just loved these characters and the whole premise of what threw them together. I was rooting for them the whole time. I found the banter between the characters delightful.
