You know what I absolutely love? Villains. But you know what I love even more? Falling in love with them in books. I’m not sure when I started being interested in them, but it had to be when light-hearted love stories where both characters are good became too boring to read. I especially love when a character you thought was a good one turned out to be a villain all along. That is why I am writing such works myself.
I foresaw the majority of the plot twists at the beginning of the book, thinking I truly knew mostly everything. Well, that was until one certain chapter. It’s a book I binge read, unable to put it down for a whole day. You really don’t know you fall in love with the villainous character until it’s too late.
“I hope you guys love this book as much as I do!! (Let me just say...Hawk *swoon*!!)” ~ NYT bestseller Sarah J. Maas
Captivating and action-packed, From Blood and Ash is a sexy, addictive, and unexpected fantasy perfect for fans of Sarah J. Maas and Laura Thalassa.

The first 100 pages weren’t so exciting, but afterward, I could hardly tear my eyes off the book, making me sacrifice my precious sleep. Yes, there were some things that got my eyes rolling, but those were mild ones, and it was never because of the protagonist. Her personality is likable, and so is the chemistry between her and the one who feeds her poison.
In the territory of Ixia the government maintains control through the Code of Behaviour, forbidding the practice of magic, but danger lurks in mysterious places...

If you’ve seen The Age of Adaline, this book is similar to it, and funny enough, the protagonist's name is almost the same, only one letter differs. It's a slow-paced book. I'm not much fond of those, but it has magic and good twists. The idea itself, however, is intriguing. Addie makes a deal with a devil, and she becomes immortal, just like him. Cursed to live forever… with him.
"For someone damned to be forgettable, Addie LaRue is a most delightfully unforgettable character, and her story is the most joyous evocation of unlikely immortality." -Neil Gaiman
A Sunday Times-bestselling, award-nominated genre-defying tour-de-force of Faustian bargains, for fans of The Time Traveler's Wife and Life After Life, and The Sudden Appearance of Hope.
When Addie La Rue makes a pact with the devil, she is convinced she's found a loophole-immortality in exchange for her soul. But the devil takes away her place in the world, cursing her to be forgotten by everyone.
If you want to read a book with a strong female character, this is the book for you. It’s a fun read with enemies that you find yourself secretly wishing to get together. The ending was something I lived for, making me read the rest of the series, and I have no doubt you’d be interested in staying for the rest of the ride as well.
"Lush, dangerous, a dark jewel of a book . . . intoxicating" - Leigh Bardugo, #1 New York Times bestselling author of Six of Crows
Of course I want to be like them. They're beautiful as blades forged in some divine fire. They will live forever.
And Cardan is even more beautiful than the rest. I hate him more than all the others. I hate him so much that sometimes when I look at him, I can hardly breathe.
One terrible morning, Jude and her sisters see their parents murdered in front of them. The terrifying assassin abducts all three…

This is the kind of book that will drag many emotions out of you. Sadness, anger, excitement… you name it. Although I didn’t like that the romance part was rushed, it inspired me to create my own book, so A Court of Mist and Fury was my motivational read.
