Lately I've been reading a lot of these isekai/progression fantasies. I also identify strongly with the sea and spent much of my younger days fishing. This series is funny, irreverent, often over the top, but retains a core of caring that left me feeling good.

A classic tale of ratcheting stakes, ever more powerful enemies, and even more powerful friends. Power armor fans will like this one.
