The story’s opening reminded me of how a normal night can turn into bedlam and worsens when the crime scene convinces the police the lone surviving family member did it.
I knew the moment I finished this incredible story it topped my list for favorite read in 2024.
I see this novel on its way to becoming a best seller. Two characters, unknown to one another in the beginning, find themselves on the run for their lives and the elusive reason someone wants to destroy them.
I recommend this one for its thrills, twists and satisfying denouement.
I enjoyed this story for its basket of surprises. One never expects a character who makes his livelihood killing bad people act the way this one does.
But then, look who authored it. Brilliant.
