de Chazal is known for his aphorisms, but it is his longer essays and insights that struck me.
'The Word', an extended essay on the mystery of being, delves deep into a symbolic way of understanding how being comes to being of Being.
The originality and power of his vision comes through in his language.
The translation, by Jean Bonnin, is good - a few strange constructions but otherwise very readable.
