❤️ loved this book because...
I loved learning the connections between ancient civilization, 1840's and the 2000's. The characters were full and had rich deep stories to tell. I was fascinated by the history, inspired by the people who lived through the varying timelines and filled with hope for the future. I am now consuming podcasts and history books set in the ancient cities of Mesopotamia.
